GW- Maintain but gain muscle.



just got back from two days dts

didnt do any running!! ate decently healthy…. but cant wait to wake up tomorrow back on track! heres da plan:

eat a light breakfast to start the day

run 3 miles!! walk 1 mile

some homework

make salad to bring to the pool

pool

more homework

dinner?
